To Create Level Records from a Responsibility Matrix

Follow these steps to add a new level record from within a responsibility matrix, in AssetWise CONNECT Edition ALIM.
  1. Open the responsibility matrix for which you want to create a new level record.
  2. Select the Management tab.
  3. In the By levels section, enter a value in Project, Area, Discipline, and/or DocType, of a Level that does not currently exist in the responsibility matrix, and then click Search. The Search Results displays "No records found."
  4. In the Manage results section, do the following:
    1. Select Person or Skill and then enter the name of the person or skill group that you want to add a Level record for, in the box.
    2. Select each responsibility that you want to assign to the person or skill group in Step 3 (a).
    3. In the Apply to option, select Search criteria.
  5. When you are finished, click Add.
A new record is created in the responsibility matrix for this person or skill group, with the assigned responsibilities.
